Update – I ended up watching this meeting in a coworkers office. It was hilarious. Water Dept Director Jesse Roach and his Staff were asked lots of good questions they couldn’t answer! Their strategy was Trumpian in nature – Deny, deflect, deny. Pretty much everyone, they would throw the question at someone else and question would never really get answered.
Jesse Roach pointed one person to the City Financial Audit to look for information they asked about. The Person then asked when the audits would be done. Roach and his staff looked like deer in the headlights. He grinned and said he would leave that to others to answer.
Why are Jesse Roach, his planners and engineers being paid for their “work” today with that kind of performance?!?
