Update on the mess in Utilities caused by the incompetent trio of Utilities Director Shannon Jones, Water Director Jesse Roach and Billing Director Nancy Jimenez.
Supervisor Halona Crowe’s last day with Utilities was today.
Halona starts working for Public Works Director Regina Wheeler on Monday and will likely not last, as Webber and Blair have directed her to make Halona’s life hell until she quits.
Andrea Tapia in Utilities left for Santa Fe County. This leaves two inexperienced people in billing. The vibe in Utilities is toxic.
Everyone is applying for jobs to get out.
This is because Webber and Blair have let Jones and his racist posse run amok.
The utility won’t be functional by the end of the summer….
