First Mayor Alan M. Webber and City Manager John Blair tried to paint this incident as “road rage.”
Now Mayor Alan Webber’s City Manager says it can’t be a workplace conflict issue because there’s “no paperwork documenting it!”
Blair, you incompetent ass, wake up! There is no paperwork because city directors and city managers aren’t qualified to do their jobs, and they aren’t leaders that know what to do when there are personnel issues.
It is common knowledge that employees have gone to managers, directors and HR over several issues regarding conflict among employees, harassment from managers and directors, as well as out and out corruption by managers and directors. HR covers these issues up and no paper trail is ever generated.
Halona Crowe, Nancy Jimenez, Mike Dozier, Jesse Roach, Shannon Jones and Bernadette Salazar all knew about this workplace conflict. NONE OF THEM DID THEIR DAMNED JOBS! NONE OF THEM SHOULD HAVE A JOB! They should all be immediately TERMINATED!
But that won’t happen…Webber actually gave these people significant raises over the past few years. Any reporter or member of the public can get records showing this via an IPRA request.
John Blair is being completely reckless and irresponsible by stating that City management didn’t know what was going on. City management knew exactly what was going on.
City Management either chose not to do anything about the workplace situation or were so damned incompetent they were incapable of doing anything about it. It’s the Webber Way!
