The City of Santa Fe’s staffing shortage is being caused by the disrespectful and unprofessional manner in which Mayor Alan M. Webber, City Manager John Blair and the Mayor Alan Webber appointees have been, and still are, treating City employees.
Rather than listening to people with years of experience, Webber, Blair and their appointees feel that they should be catered to, despite their lack of experience and qualifications.
When employees stand up for themselves, they are harassed and threatened. Retaliation is the norm from Webber and his minions.
