Looks like Mayor Alan M. Webber’s new City Manager John Blair can’t be bothered to say hello to “common” City employees.
I guess a “good morning” to us peasants is beneath him, as a number of coworkers have noticed and mention.
For all the positive spin and falsehoods John Blair puts out on social media, he is simply full of 
Poor behavior like his amplifies his self entitled, selfish demeanor.
I wonder which narcissistic ass goes after the other first? Will Mayor Alan Webber go after Blair, or will Blair undercut him as he has already started to do?
