Mayor Alan Webber and City Manager John Blair – here is yet another example of the incompetence of Utilities Director Shannon Jones and Water Department Director Jesse Roach.
Those two under qualified and over paid buddies of yours have been taking it easy on this holiday weekend while the hard working transmission and distribution crew has been busting their asses to restore water service to an area that should have had a new water line installed two years ago. The new water line project was deemed not a priority by Jones and Roach.
PEOPLE OUT OF WATER FOR AN ENTIRE HOLIDAY WEEKEND BECAUSE OF THE INCOMPETENCE OF THE MAYOR, CITY MANAGER AND THEIR CRONY DIRECTORS.
