Mayor Alan M. Webber, hand picked Drama Queen of a City Manager, John Blair, posted this during the Oscars last night.
I guess this means that the Mayor Alan Webber Administration is more concerned about one actor striking another than one City Employee allegedly killing another City Employee due to the TOXIC WORK ENVIRONMENT CREATED BY MAYOR ALAN WEBBER’s APPOINTEES?
A supervisor in Solid Waste has struck three employees during the past five years, but in City Manager John Blair’s eyes, that’s not as important as Will Smith striking Chris Rock at the Oscars.
The Annual City Audit which was due in November STILL ISN’T COMPLETE AND THE CITY IS GOING TO SPEND $1.5 MILLION TO HAVE AN EXTERNAL ACCOUNTING FIRM COMPLETE IT BECAUSE CFO MARY MCCOY ISN’T CAPABLE OF DOING HER JOB, Bur according to City Manager John Blair, that’s not as important as Will Smith striking Chris Rock at the Oscars.
Mayor Alan Webber’s incompetent Utilities Director Shannon Jones and Wastewater Management Director Mike Dozier are under criminal investigation by the EPA for Clean Water Act violations. Water Division Director Jesse Roach is under investigation by OSHA for workplace safety violations. Yet, according to City Manager John Blair, these issues aren’t as important as Will Smith Slapping Chris Rick at the Oscars.
Convention Center Director Randy Randall was never reprimanded for allowing an untrained worker to work on a live electrical circuit that led to his death. Randall hit another vehicle in a city owned car and was never reported to the police. Randall is still routinely abusing his City P-Card by buying dinners for he and his ugly wife at the Bull Ring without being scrutinized. But…yes, you guessed it, City Manager John Blair is more concerned about Will Smith hitting Chris Rock at the Oscars than these issues.
HR Director Bernadette Salazar hired her daughter to drive a City owned van for a Rec Center during the pandemic when all Rec Centers were closed and no drivers were required. Her daughter was paid $45 per hour. Bernadette has hired every single one of her and Tiger Abeyta’s unqualified relatives in Human Resources. There is no support for City Employees in HR, only harassment…but City Manager John Blair is more concerned about Will Smith’s behavior at the Oscars THAN DOING HIS DAMNED JOB.
Webber and Blair – PULL YOUR HEADS OUT! DO YOUR DAMNED JOBS. SANTA FE DESERVES BETTER!
