And yet more incompetence and mismanagement from Mayor Alan M. Webber

Mayor Alan Webber’s mismanagement team Didn’t conduct any preventive maintenance or equipment checks on snow removal equipment until yesterday.

It turns out that the four wheel ATVs used to clear the plazas in sidewalks are in operable! About 90% of them!

In addition, the number of people that left the public works department due to the incompetence and harassment of public works director Regina Wheeler is so large, that other departments are sending their employees for snow removal duty tomorrow!

The employees from Parks and Recreation as well as senior services were told to show up tomorrow, despite this being a holiday weekend for them. When they told supervisors that they weren’t trained on these types of operations, the supervisors threatened them and told them that they would be written up and disciplined if they did not show up!

All of us realize the importance of working as a team to serve the public, however, when you have somebody as incompetent as Alan Webber and his directors, that don’t plan things out in front of a major storm like this, we are asking untrained city employees to do work they aren’t trained for! The potential for them to get hurt or damage equipment is high! None of that matters to Alan Webber though.

Webber is too busy cheating on his wife with one of his appointees. He is too busy trying to sell out Santa Fe out of state interests! He doesn’t care about the employees. He sure as heck does not care about the public!Sad, pathetic and dangerous!
